Cecil Freedom Fund is consistently hearing horror stories from our community about the conditions and treatment inside Cecil County Detention Center (CCDC). These stories paint a clear picture of human rights violations and a disdain and lack of care or concern for human life.

We want to help raise awareness and attention to what is happening right under our noses and under the watch of our local Sheriff's Department. Together, we can unify our stories and voices so what people are really experiencing inside CCDC can no longer be denied by those in charge or those charged with oversight of the detention center.
